Norm Webster
Honorably served 36 years in the military both Active Duty and with the Reserves. His
service included both clinical and administrative capacities during Viet Nam
and Desert Storm. In 2002 he retired as a USAF Colonel. Mr. Webster also retired
from the State of Washington with a total of 35 years of service working with adult
and youth to include being the CEO of a child psychiatric hospital and Deputy
Director of the Mental Health Division. He served as a member of the Children's Long
Term Program Inspection of Care Team and later as the program director.
